Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Delivery 

Free Shipping:  All items on our site ship for free, without any minimum purchase!

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully matched to a delivery company to provide you with an exceptional delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.  

Small Parcel: We ship smaller, lighter, items via FedEx ground. FedEx provides the fastest and most reliable method of shipping for most of our items. FedEx packages will generally arrive in 1 to 5 business days from the day you place your order.  

Truck Freight: Some items we sell are too large or are too heavy to ship using FedEx. These packages are shipped by local trucking companies, and are delivered curbside (meaning that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the curb into your house or apartment). For these large items the shipping carrier will call you in advance of the delivery to schedule an appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help bring these items into your home.  

Standard Return / Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item return it for a refund within one year of your purchase except on linens, rugs, pillows and throws which must be returned within 30 days from date of purchased.

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please email us at, customerservice@laurelandpinehome.com, or give us a call, 818-960-6020 (Mon-Fri: 6am-5pm PST and Sat-Sun: 8:30am-4:30pm PST), and we’ll send a replacement.  All we’ll need is an order number.

If your order is shipped by a local truck carrier, and is damaged, be sure to indicate this on the delivery receipt when you sign to accept the furniture. If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

If your Item is returned, it will be picked up by our shipping company and our customer service department will process the refund.

All returned items will be refunded in the original form of tender except for in store cash transactions that will be refunded as a check by mail.
